These terms describe the service arrangement between you and AVIRALON. The final written quote in your order specifies your project’s deliverables, exact USD amount, delivery schedule and included revisions.
Ordering and scope
A catalog listing describes a starting scope. Submitting a brief requests a review and does not take a payment. Review the confirmed quote and ask questions before paying. Work starts after full payment, complete requirements and any necessary access are received.
Your materials and access
Provide accurate instructions and material you own or have permission to use. Arrange appropriate account invitations where access is needed. Do not share passwords, OTPs, wallet seed phrases, private keys or payment credentials in the project conversation. We may ask you to clarify missing information or rights before using supplied material.
Project management and communication
AVIRALON is your point of contact and manages the project. Personal staff profiles, private contact details and internal account information are not part of the service. This does not limit your access to your own order information, support, receipts or required seller disclosures.
Delivery and revisions
The quote defines the expected output and included revisions. Changes to the agreed brief or new deliverables are discussed and quoted separately with your agreement. Delivery records and messages are kept in your order. Estimates can depend on complete input and external platform availability.
Payment and refunds
Projects require full payment after scope confirmation. The exact quoted USD number is displayed as the same number of USDT or USDC units. Blockchain network fees are separate and are not part of the amount received by AVIRALON. AVIRALON verifies the supported stablecoin, network, exact received amount and blockchain transaction before marking an order paid. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy, including a standard 24-hour request window after first completed delivery. A refund is not automatic.
Rights in the work
The confirmed scope should identify final deliverable formats and any agreed ownership or licence terms. Third-party fonts, media, plugins, software and other licensed material remain subject to their own licences. Source files or additional licences are included only when agreed. You retain your rights in material you provide.
AI assistance and third-party services
Some services may use AI-assisted tools or third-party platforms where appropriate to the agreed work. Required tool subscriptions, licences, advertising budgets and external fees are identified in the quote. We do not promise third-party approval, guaranteed rankings, followers, views, sales or other outcomes beyond the stated deliverables.
Appropriate use
Requests must be lawful and respect relevant rights and platform rules. We may decline or pause a request that cannot be carried out appropriately and will explain the next steps for any affected order. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes
Use AVIRALON Support to raise a question or dispute. Changes to a general policy do not silently replace an already agreed project scope.
