This policy explains how AVIRALON handles information when you enquire about a service, create an account or place an order.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, such as your name and email.
- Project briefs, business information, references, files and support messages you choose to provide.
- Order details, wallet choice, public blockchain transaction hashes, verification records, refund addresses and refund communications. Never send a seed phrase, private key, card details, PIN, password or OTP.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including browser, device, IP and security or error logs.
Why we use it
We use relevant information to manage your account, clarify and deliver your project, provide support, verify payments, review refunds, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Project material is not a public portfolio submission; ask us if you want to discuss separate permission to showcase completed work.
Who can access it
Your project workspace is available to your account and authorised AVIRALON management. Necessary information may also be processed by providers that host the website, deliver email or provide an agreed project tool. We do not publish your brief, private messages or files as a customer directory, and do not sell them for advertising.
Blockchain visibility
Your order conversation and uploaded files are private. Blockchain transfers are different: wallet addresses, amounts and transaction hashes can be publicly visible. AVIRALON cannot hide or erase public blockchain records.
Files and external links
Uploaded project files are stored in encrypted form and downloaded through an authenticated order route. File names and order records remain part of the protected project database. If you choose an external sharing link, the external service and the permissions you set also govern access.
Cookies and technical services
Essential cookies maintain login sessions, preview preferences and form security. Hosting and security services can process technical logs. Any optional analytics or marketing configuration must be assessed separately and presented with consent choices where required before it is enabled for the service site.
Retention and your requests
We retain information while it is needed for your project, support, accounting, dispute handling or applicable obligations. Contact AVIRALON Support to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify account ownership and explain any records that need to be retained. Deleting an account does not automatically remove records that must be kept for a legitimate obligation.
